I am an MBACP registered therapist. I trained at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London.

I also work as a Contributing Editor at The Institute of Art and Ideas and the HowTheLightGetsIn Festival.

My interests are in philosophy, mysticism, psychedelics, football, reading, writing, music, friends, good food, good wine.

I also run the Substack: The Headless Times. Inspired by Douglas Harding’s philosophy of headlessness.

Alongside being a therapist, I am also open to writing, editing, speaking, interviewing and media opportunities.
